Wedding Questionnaire


Ahhhh your wedding day is coming up! So exciting!


Please use this form below to tell me as much about your day as you can! I realize that it might not be entirely relevant as every wedding is different but hopefully you can use it to let me know where people will be, and when, and what is happening! The more I know about the day in advance the better! All these details will help me make your timeline so I can put together my own itinerary and ensure I am always in the right place at the right time and that your wedding photography coverage is totally awesome and everything will flow smoothly as possible. That way you'll be able to just sit back and enjoy all the wonderful memories being made:)

Do you have a wedding coordinator? If not who is the best point of contact for the day of? Someone other than the bride or groom (i.e. mother of the bride, maid of honor, best man, etc.) This person will be someone that I can work with and talk to throughout the day to provide a seamless, worry-free day for you!

Please list your wedding party's first and last names and relation to you! And for bonus points, list their instagram handles as well so I can be sure to tag them! :)

I've got you covered in the standard family + wedding party portrait department (i.e. bride + parents, bride + siblings, bride + groom with each other's families, full wedding party, bride/groom with each bridesmaid/groomsmen, etc.) Please list any other groupings you would like during the portrait time! List all of those here so I can refer to them on your wedding day!

It's often super helpful if you can nominate an usher/friend/bridesmaid etc (or 2!) to help arrange and corral the people for the above photos and to help keep things as smooth and quick as possible on the day. Ideally someone in the bride/grooms party who knows most of the key people and someone happy o shout and organise people! Often I'll reach out to them before the wedding to say hello and make sure they've got a copy of a list of the images we need. If you could list the ideal

If there are divorces, are they comfortable being photographed together?

We will take the formal bridal photos of just you two after we do all of the group/family/wedding party photos immediately following the ceremony

Who is your Videographer, Planner / Coordinator, Dj/Band, Florals, Cake / Dessert, Hair + Makeup, Caterers, Dress Designer + Bridal Shop, etc?

Food trucks, surprises, photo booth, untraditional things, etc.

We will capture the story of your wedding day beautifully with my mental shot list, but please let me know if there is something specific you would like me to capture for you

What are 5 words to describe how you want your wedding to be/feel? What is the most important aspect of your wedding to you? Etc!
